Before starting the Raymond mill in the Raymond mill workshop, check whether all access doors are closed tightly, check whether the jaw plate gap of the crusher meets the feed particle size, and adjust the speed of the analyzer to approximate the particle size requirements of the finished product. Finally, boot in order.

1. Start the bucket elevator;

2. Start the jaw crusher; 3. After the material is stored in the silo, start the analyzer; 

4. Start the blower (start with no load, then load after normal operation); 

5. Start The main machine of Raymond mill starts the electromagnetic vibrating feeder immediately when starting the main machine. At this point the Raymond mill grinding work begins.

The simple operation sequence of Raymond mill is as follows: Start: elevator → crusher → analyzer → fan → main machine → feeder. When the Raymond mill is shut down, each machine should be shut down in the following order:

1. First turn off the feeder to stop feeding;

2. Stop the host after about one minute;

3. Stop the blower after blowing away the remaining powder;

4. Finally, turn off the analysis machine.

The shutdown sequence of Raymond mill is: feeder → main machine → blower → analyzer. Note: After the elevator transports a certain amount of material to the silo, it first stops the crusher and then stops lifting. This item should be changed based on the current amount of material stored.

Raymond mill is not allowed to refuel at will during normal operation. Production safety must be ensured. If abnormal noise occurs in any part of the grinding mill, or the load suddenly increases, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting to avoid major accidents. The remaining material in the mill must be taken out when starting the machine again, otherwise the current will be too large when starting the machine, which will affect the start-up.
