The lower end of the plum blossom frame is equipped with a shovel system, which is located at the lower end of the grinding roller. During the same rotation process of the shovel and the grinding roller, the material is shoveled into the space between the grinding roller and the grinding ring to form a cushion layer, and is crushed by the outward centrifugal force (i.e. extrusion force) generated by the rotation of the grinding roller, thereby achieving the purpose of crushing.

The fineness of the materials grinded by the Raymond mill is the same. Generally, it can be adjusted arbitrarily between 50-325 mesh, and some materials can be processed to 400 mesh. If you need finer ultra-fine powder, please choose an ultra-fine grinder. When the Raymond mill processes fine powder, it has the characteristics of low fineness of fine powder and high fineness of coarse powder. The Raymond mill series has many types of equipment. The fineness of each is the same, but the output and power are different, and the size of the equipment is also different. You can choose the device model based on your own funds, power supply, and actual usage. You don’t necessarily have to choose a bigger and better model, it’s recommended to choose one that suits you. If conditions permit, supporting equipment can be equipped for automatic feeding. If there are no conditions, you can choose artificial feeding.
