After the airflow is separated from the powder, the airflow shrinks with the cone wall and moves toward the center to the bottom of the cone (from the natural length of the airflow) to form a The airflow cylinder rotates upward, and the powder is collected.

Since the core of the upward rotating airflow is in a negative pressure state, the sealing requirements for the lower end of the collector are very high, and the outside air must be strictly isolated. Otherwise, the collected powder will be taken away by the core airflow again, which directly affects the performance of the entire machine. output, so the lower end of the collector is equipped with a powder lock. Its function is to isolate the external positive pressure gas from the negative pressure gas of the collector. This is a very important component, such as a tongue plate without a powder lock or a powder lock. If the anastomosis seal is not tight, there will be no or less powder output, which will affect the output of the whole machine.
