Vertical Mill (vertical mill) is a new equipment featured by energy-saving and wide application, which may be used in electric power, cement, chemical, non-metallic minerals and other industries, especially suitable for grinding black raw materials and white cement plant to prepare raw materials. 1. Main structure and functions
RHM and PRM vertical mills are mainly composed of separators, grinding discs, grinding rollers, compression devices, motors, reducers, shells and other parts.
The separator is an important component that determines the fineness of the product, which is composed of a speed-adjustable transmission device, wheels, air guide blades, shells, coarse powder blanking cone buckets, air outlets, etc., which is similar to the working principle of the powder separator.
The grinding disc is fixed on the output shaft of the reducer, and the upper part of the grinding disc is a material bed that has an annular groove.
The grinding roller is the main component for rolling and grinding the materials. Two pairs of grinding rollers are set in the mill, and each pair of grinding rollers is installed on the same shaft, and rotates at different speeds.
The compression device is a component that provides grinding pressure, which is composed of a hydraulic cylinder rod, a high-pressure oil station, an accumulator, etc., which may apply sufficient pressure to the grinding roller to crush the material.
In addition to transmitting power, the reducer also has to bear the weight of the grinding disc and the grinding force.
